How much is the cost of cleaning?
Oriental and specialty rugs are all unique and different. Please call 504-821-6251 or submit your information in a quote form provided for a free estimate for your particular rug. Remember, we also have free pick up and delivery in the Greater New Orleans Area.
How long will it take to get my rugs back?
It takes between two to four weeks, depending on the rug and the particular repair and cleaning being done. For your convenience, we will be happy to schedule a delivery date and time when we pick up your rug.
Do I need to remove furniture off my rugs prior to arrival?
We will gladly move most furniture pieces to safely retrieve your rug; however, some particularly heavy pieces, such as pool tables need to be moved prior to our arrival. We also request you remove all small breakable items from the tops of all furniture that will need to be moved.
I am moving. Can you deliver my rug to a new address?
Yes. We can deliver to your new address as long as it is in our service area.
Enrique’s uses a state-of-the-art, in-plant system employing patented tools and equipment designed specifically for cleaning Oriental and specialty rugs. But most important are our highly trained cleaning technicians.
Cleaning your rugs will take approximately two to four weeks, depending on the services you need. Enrique’s offers pick-up
and delivery, and is happy to provide an in-home evaluation of your rugs as well.
