 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I first called and spoke with Nicole. She was extremely helpful and listened with care as I was inquiring about a rug repair. Today I brought my rug in and was so grateful to Frank and Mike for getting it out of my car, it weighs as much as I do and they were very nice and smiling as they brought it in to be assessed. The rug is about 100 years old and has been a part of our family which includes grandkids and dogs. Frank and Maxine talked about each of the problem areas and explained how the rug can be repaired. They provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed choice. All the while, it was an extremely welcoming and friendly place to be and I loved talking with each of them who individually took the time to help me. I am so grateful to know that my family rug will have a little bit of their good energy as part of its history. Frank, Mike, Maxine and Nicole are amazing!
